1. Initiate the dispute within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. If approved, you will return the item to the seller using the designated pickup address.
3. The seller is responsible for all shipping costs, including:
   • The original delivery cost, and
   • The return shipping fee (calculated based on Shiprocket and 10X Shooting’s actual expenses).

What to Expect

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and verified.
• You will not be charged any additional fees for raising a legitimate dispute.
• The platform ensures that sellers are held accountable for accurate listings and product condition.
